Who can submit a club calendar?

Submissions are handled by ASSU staff. Meet with the ASSU president or a designated admin to have your feed added.

Provide a public ICS feed URL from your calendar tool (Google Calendar, Outlook, or similar).

New feeds ingest immediately, then refresh daily. Updates should show up within 24 hours.

Yes. Contact the ASSU admin who submitted the feed to update or remove it.

Event data is pulled from the original feed. Fix the source calendar and it will sync on the next ingest.
